It is 200m from Zeekoevlei Nature Reserve, 2km from Strandfontein beach and 4km from Rondevlei Nature Reserve, home to the only group of hippos in the greater Cape Town area. It is close to public transport, convenience stores and numerous masjids, and a 10 minute drive to the Muslim shopping area in Gatesville, Athlone.

Three bright and airy self-catering cottages each contain an open-plan living area with sleeper couch, one bedroom with a double bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom, plus a private garden with horses and koi fish.
