Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a condition many children across the globe have to learn to live with. A good understanding of the condition helps parents and teachers redirect behaviour rather than resorting to harsh punishment, which is an underlying cause of the ADHD child's low self-esteem.

The author is ADHD and discovered this when her son was first diagnosed at age six. She now works to discover new and better ways to help parents deal with the effects ADHD has on their children's behaviour as well as on their own lives. Four out of five children with ADHD have a parent with ADHD.

The double audio CD set features interviews with five leading experts, each focusing on their specific field in dealing with ADHD. Four of the five experts have ADHD themselves and all have successful careers.
