Hajj Watch's vision is to ensure that the South African Hajj industry adheres to corporate governance and service-provider regulations that enable cost-effective, world-class service delivery to Hajj pilgrims, and that the rights of pilgrims are protected, guaranteed and maintained as a civil advocacy movement.

Its mission is to promote an ethical Hajj environment in compliance with Shariah and civil law, to empower pilgrims to make informed choices, and to promote education of pilgrims in relation to their rights.
