With such a wide variety of flora for bees, the South African honey bee brings us some of the most sublime, unique and rare honey, from the white Aloe Davyana to the very dark Buffalo Thorn.

The Honey Connoisseur specialises in bringing you the best quality raw (unheated, untreated, unclarified) honey, honey infusions, bee products and honey healing products. We stock on average between ten and fifteen different types of raw honey at any given time, each having its own unique taste and texture, with most of the honeys being very rare and not found at your average honey supplier.
