With such a wide variety of flora for bees, the South African honey bee produces some of the most sublime, unique and rare honey, from the white Aloe Davyana to the very dark Buffalo Thorn.

The Honey Connoisseur specialises in bringing you the best quality raw (unheated, untreated, unclarified) honey, honey infusions, bee products and honey healing products. They stock on average between ten and fifteen different types of raw honey at any given time, each with its own unique taste and texture, with most being very rare and not found at the average honey supplier.
